Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was one of the biggest I've ever been in, furnished very nicely, and extremely comfortable. I had all the facilities I needed, including a fridge, pod coffee maker, and a safe. The service was top-notch, sorting out my issue very fast and being polite and nice. The location was perfect for exploring the city with everything within walking distance. The dining experience was one of the best I've had with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel is located in a perfect spot, close to all modes of transportation and shopping. The rooms are spacious with big bathrooms and exactly as shown in the pictures. The service is friendly and informative. The dining experience offers a variety of options but is overpriced. The location is great for exploring the city, although not the most central. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is under reconstruction but offers very large rooms with views over Brussels, providing plenty of space to relax. Despite some dust causing slight discomfort for allergy sufferers, the spacious rooms and great views make for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers large and extremely well-appointed rooms with a bit of a weathered look but still maintaining a higher standard. The rooms also feature large balconies. The service was really nice and helpful, although there was a slip-up with forgetting to clean the room and a slightly awkward announcement at the reception. The location is excellent, close to shopping boulevards and public transportation, making it ideal for both short shopping trips and longer stays. The dining experience was good but on the expensive side, offering a great selection in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable and pleasant stay with room for improvement in some areas.
I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly lady with blond hair. The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything. Although the dining options were a bit monotonous, the overall experience was fantastic.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a small sauna, a great bonus, and a very helpful staff. The rooms are very large, providing plenty of room to relax and not feel cramped. The service is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with any needs. The location isn't the most central but is in a fancy area within walkable distance to key sites. The dining experience is one of the best in Belgium, with a rich selection, including a good gluten-free range. The facilities are modern and accommodating, making for a comfortable stay.
